Introduction

If your merchant wants to get more insights in their revenue or if the merchant wants to split the money flow into various clearing accounts you can use different turnover groups.

E.g.; the merchant has various webshops in the Netherlands and in Belgium. You can choose to spilt it up into 2 turnover groups:

• Turnover group: Dutch webshops
• Turnover group: Belgium webshops

If the merchant wants to separate the online revenue from iDEAL and creditcards transactions from the in-store PIN revenue, you can create 2 turnover groups:

• Turnover group: eCommerce / online
• Turnover group: in-store

If you have created multiple clearing accounts for your merchant (see Clearing accounts), you can link them to your sales location through a turnover group. This way, the revenue from a specific sales location will be cleared to the clearing account of your choice.
