Setting up your Pay. account is the first step to accessing our comprehensive range of payment services. This guide will walk you through the registration & onboarding process, ensuring that you select the necessary payment methods.

Registering an Account

To begin using Pay., you need to register for an account and go through our onboarding. Follow these steps

  1. Visit our registration page: https://signup.pay.nl.
  2. Fill in your personal details: Provide your name, phone number and e-mail address.
  3. Fill in your company details: Provide your company details, like registration number, company name, country of residence etc.
  4. Select a package: Select the package best suited for your company
  5. E-mail: You will receive an e-mail in your inbox explaining the next steps you need to follow

Go through our onboarding flow

To fully use our services and to get your funds settled we need to have additional information about your company and the persons that are involved in your company. With this information our boarding departments checks your company and enable settlements on your account.

You can already start integrating or using our services before completing the onboarding. But note that funds will not be settled until you are fully onboarded.


Follow these steps

  1. Login into our portal: Login with your credentials into our portal; https://my.pay.nl
  2. Start the boarding flow: Click on the 'Start the boarding flow' banner


  1. Follow the wizard: We will guide your with a wizard to our onboarding flow. If you need help we are there for you, just plan an e-meeting with our boarding department.
