Introduction

Trademarks /trade names are being used (as far as possible) on bank statements and in the communication with the customer (/payer). You can add multiple trademarks to your merchant. Note that our boarding team checks if the trademark that is supplied is a registered trademark. If not; then the trademark is not approved and cannot be used.

A service/ sale location can be linked to either an approved trademark or to the public name of the merchant. If you have created multiple services, because you have multiple stores, you can link an (approved) trademark to this service. If you start a transaction on this service the linked trademark will be used in communication with the customer.
