If you want to obtain all the data of a payment you can call the Transaction:Info API on our Global Management System, it is not important if the payment has been processed on one of our TGU's on Pay's multi core platform or on our single core platform.

This endpoint contains sensitive Payer data as well therefore you need to authenticate with a valid authentication token (AT-code and token). As we need to calcultae and enricht the data from several sources the payment might not be available on the exact moment on of our TGU's has completed the transaction.

How fetch the status

• From the TGU via the transacation:status (contains all information to complete the order)
• From the GMS via the transaction:info to enrich the data with more, sensitive data.
