Exchange calls

Since we support various payment types (e.g. regular payments), but also direct debits, refunds and chargebacks etc) each payment type has got his own sequence of exchange calls.

Orders; payments started on our multi core platform on one of the TGU's or with our (legacy) single core API's;
Direct Debits; direct debits started on our platform;
Refunds; when a payment is refunded on our platform;
Payouts; when you sent in a payout to our platform;
Tokenization; when with an initial card payment a token is generated.
