No-code payments

The collect desk is a user friendly panel, which allows you to initiate transactions and refund transactions. It can be used for a variety of options by entering the requested data, or by scanning e.g. a QR code with a mobile phone. This is a ideal solution for scenarios where you might want to:

Add a payment link to an invoice that you sent t a customer
Generate a paymentlink that can be embedded in a QR code for easy sharing

Available no-code payment channels:

Channel	Usage
Payment Link via E-mail	Create a direct payment link that you can share as is or send with e-mail.
Payment Link via SMS	Create a direct payment link to be send through E-mail or SMS
Create a QR-code	Create a QR-code which a customer can scan to finish the payment
In-store Payment	Create a payment through a physical terminal in you store
Payment to IBAN number	Transferring funds to an IBAN bank account holder for refunds.
Giftcard Redeem	Redeem a gift card or voucher using the card number.
Payment by Credit card	Charge a credit card by e-mail or telephone order
SEPA Direct Debit	Send a direct debit request to an IBAN bank account.

You can access the collect desk in our my.pay.nl environment. Based on your package and/or the boarding status of your account certain channels can be disabled.
