Enabling payment methods

To make sure you can start making payments check if you have payment methods turned on our sales location.

1. Login into our portal: Login with your credentials into our portal; https://my.pay.nl
2. Navigate to sales locations: Navigate to the Settings page in the portal and select Sales locations

3. Edit the sales location: Edit the sales location of your store (by clicking the icon which is highlighted). During the registration of Pay. account we have created a default sales location for you.

4. Enable payment methods: By default iDEAL and Bancontact payments are enabled for you. You can enable other payment methods by clicking the checkbox for the payment method. Note due to our extensive amount of payment methods we have grouped the payment methods into categories (e.g. Card not present (CNP) payment methods like Visa or Mastercard or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payment methods like Riverty or Klarna). Toggle the category to enable those payment methods.

For some payment methods additional boarding or information is required. If you have completed the onboarding flow, but we need additional data you can re-enter the boarding flow and provide the missing information.
