Creditcard: Fixed a problem where the user was redirected to the creditcard screen with an incorrect language.
Creditcard: Fixed the billingLineId getting the wrong id

Brite: Fixed a problem where some payments would randomly fail.
Removed the expire date/time on the hosted payment page for regular orders. It is now only shown for PAYLINK orders.
